Crash Bandicoot: Toys for Bob is working on a multiplayer game, according to Jez Corden
During the latest episode of the Xbox Two podcast, Jez Corden stated that Toys for Bob is working on a new Crash Bandicoot, described as a 4-player brawler-style multiplayer game.
During the podcast, the trio of hosts, consisting of Windows Central reporter Miles Dompier and Rand Al Thor, talked about the possible announcements we will see in the coming days between Summer Game Fest, Xbox & Bethesda Showcase and the other upcoming events.
In the midst of the discussion Rand at Thor stated that Toys for Bob is currently at work on a Crash Bandicoot, displacing Corden, who apparently had no intention of spilling this detail ahead of time. Since by now the omelet had been made, the Windows Central reporter added that it is a four-player multiplayer title, a brawler of sorts.
Toys for Bob is one of the studios that is currently working on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, but according to a series of job announcements published late last year, apparently the team is also working on another project, completely unrelated to the COD brand, which therefore could be precisely a new Crash Bandicoot. We shall see.
